The low carb condiment series rolls on, this week I have a sugar free BBQ sauce recipe that you guys need to make. The flavors of this homemade BBQ sauce are so legit, the fact that the sauce is keto and paleo is insane. The base of the BBQ sauce recipe is my keto ketchup from last week, then I added some brown sugar substitute(so yummy), vinegar, water, spices, and simmered for 45 minutes. The flavor for this sugar free BBQ sauce gets even better the next day, I was spooning it over chicken like nobodies business! This homemade keto BBQ sauce only has 1.40 grams of total carbs per tablespoon, compared to over 5.5 for store bought sauce. Hope you guys make this keto BBQ sauce it is definitely the boss! 2. This sauce is fantastic! Just a note, however – it does no good introducing the mother of the apple cider vinegar into the recipe as this bacteria is subsequently killed anyway by the heat. So it really doesn't matter if you shake the vinegar.

  3. This is a longshot but I just thought I should comment it in case there are any Canadians in the Ottawa – Gatineau region here. You can find the same type of sweetener, different brand though, at délicieusement keto in Gatineau!

  4. 10 tbsps of monk fruit sweetner is insane! 5 for the ketchup and 5 for the bbq. i only added 5 tbsps and think that it was too much. Sauce came out good though, tasted a lot like Krafts hickory bbq sauce. Though, was hesitant to use a lot of it, Ill get gastral problems, bloating.
