* 1 Tbsp lemon pepper seasoning, has salt, so no additional salt needed
* 1 Tbsp all purpose seasoning, or 1 chicken bouillon cube
* 1/2 Tbsp smoked paprika
* 1/2 Tbsp dry or fresh oregano
* A pinch of cumin (more like 1/6 tsp)
* 1 Tbsp half & half ginger & garlic paste
* 1 Tbsp melted butter (sub with olive oil)

  1. This is HANDS DOWN THE BEST chicken rub I have ever tasted! My husband really loved it too. I didn't have the garlic ginger paste so instead I pressed 4 garlic cloves in a garlic press in order to extract all of the oils unlike mincing, and it came out AMAZING! For the All-Purpose seasoning, I used Goya Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning. Thank you so much for putting together and sharing this rub! It's so delicious! Next time I'll definitely have garlic ginger paste on hand.

  2. I finished making this minute's ago. I added onions and carrots to the pan.I didnt have the chicken cubes. I only had the powder. I used a tablespoon. It took me longer to cook it. I used thighs. I also added cayenne pepper and thyme. I did add salt to the chicken thighs prior to adding your list of ingredients. It was delicious. Thanks again. Can't wait to see what you do for Thanksgiving.
