  1. I got a really good one, tenderize the steak, put a bit of water at the bottom of your container, for added juices, deep tissue massage a bit of A1, Dijon mustard, and a tiny bit of BBQ sauce. Rub on some seasonings of your choice, personally I used garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, and some ground pepper. BAM. Juicy and tender with a nice ZIP in flavor!

  2. Its good, but for my taste, less Basil. “Tasted a bit like indian food”. Maybe just 1 teaspoon. And ill add more lemon. Its a great platform to tweek to your liking. Thanks for sharing

  3. It’s March 2022. Had this recipe before and it’s great as is. I just wanted to get my sweet tooth on, so I Tweaked it a little. I added two tblsps of brown sugar (or as much as u like). Cayenne pepper instead of hot sauce (to ur liking). I added cilantro 🌿 and 2 teaspoons of fresh ground crushed pepper instead of white pepper. Bomb.

  4. That sure is a lot of soy sauce and olive oil for just one steak, I will do it when I have at least three steaks to marinate at the same time… also I find it funny how people have a hard time with Worcestershire sauce, seems to be a tongue twister for a lot of people

  5. So I didn't have fresh lemon so I substituted balsamic for acidity and used low sodium soy. Fingers crossed I just closed the lid for the overnight marinade. I usually use Worcester, minced garlic, olive oil and black pepper. So we will see.
