Move over takeout! Kanchan is here to teach you how to make rich and creamy Butter Chicken at home. Butter Chicken or Murgh Makhani, is believed to originate from a restaurant trying to use up leftover tandoori chicken. The butter and cream ensures the chicken doesn’t try out and the aromatic spices keep you coming back for more. Watch for her favorite recipe of this classic Northern Indian dish.

Can you please mention amount of each spice in garam masala? thank u..
What’s the benefit of the recipe if how much of each spice we should add is not there?!!!!!!
I am making this tomorrow for Thanksgiving! Also, Aloo Gobi and Chana Dal
Is the ground cumin roasted or non roasted
why not use butter and ghee for the sauce, especially if your already using oil with it?
now like the cookie recipes, your getting both a richer and creamier sauce…
And thats why we have diabetes.
Put the recipe on text instead of talking that much
You talk to much
The amount of effort they put in to make this video and recipe is really impressive… but making my own spices goes a bit far and not many people have that kind of time.. but I want to make this recipe just once to see the difference in taste and if it’s worth it
I tried the recipe it is soo amazing I love it
as a pakistani, we approve!!
When she added oil in butter chicken it was kinda insulting to me as an Indian
You don't need to buy a spice grinder, just get a coffee grinder that you only ever use for spices…..
I don’t think I’ve ever commented on this video before but I have to say that this is one of the best Indian recipes I’ve ever made from YouTube and it always comes out perfect. Making it tonight for my friends birthday and thought I should say something. I found this video during the pandemic and have been addicted ever since. There’s lots of great recipes on this channel.
Let's make this clear, butter chicken was created for foreigners who can't handle heat. It's not that spicy and most Indian dishes we don't use cream for cooking. It's not "Traditional". I myself barely had 3-5 times being an Indian.
Why the fake accent? Just why?
Nobody calls sauce in India 😭
Lol… no… just no on the Greek yogurt 😂
Oh yeah look at them wrist ik for a fact she can cook after seeing those hands
This is perfection!
Tried it … loved it!!
Wow! This indian dish is surprisingly cheap!
Thank you Kanchan Koya!
Best wishes,
