Do NOT do this recipe… It leads to some of the saltiest chicken I have ever tasted. You need way less salt than stated in the video to make it more papapable.

Lol I thought I needed that much salt compared to flour even tho I put less than that thinking it would be too salty and the result is pretty..salty chicken bater ha
What you didn't know is that you can add lard or shortening to the oil because it helps with the flavour, even though it has a high smoke point
