Traditional white bread is usually made from bread flour because it is higher in gluten. I don’t buy much of it myself and I figured a lot of you are on the same boat. When I make my bread I use all purpose flour and it works amazing. So, if bread flour is keeping you from making your own bread turn on the oven and put on your apron. This recipe will fix that right now. Wondering how you can make white bread with all purpose flour? this video shows you the step by step and you will be surprised on how easy it is. It’s the best bread recipe ever.

I wish I had a stand mixer. The bread looks amazing. Thank you.
I’ve always wanted to make a good homemade bread and have never been able to accomplish it but I finally did! The only thing “wrong” with it was that the dough didn’t rise enough so next time I’m cranking my heat up. It’s cold in NY and my house wasn’t warm enough for a proper rise
Hi! Will you be able to publish this recipe on your website? I noticed it wasn't there? I'm trying this white bread recipe today, and can't wait to see how it turns out! Thank you for your lovely recipes. I also tried the bran muffin recipe, and it was to die for! Soo soo good!

Am making this today… I searched for an easy yo follow, no drama loaf of buttery bread, this seems simple. You get right to the point!!
Thank you! 🙂
This is the best bread. Because I am on WW I left out the butter and the milk. But it is still perfect
I just watched another video where the bread had very small air bubbles, meaning it would be dense to eat, but after watching your bread come out with so many larger air bubbles, I remember that that is how my Grandmother's always came out, so this is the recipe for me to try for sure. I can tell it must have come out so soft and light to eat.

Hi.
I hope I never lose this recipe because it's turned a first time bread baker into a new hobby! This is the best, sweetest, softest bread I have ever tried. Thank you!!
Wow this has a lot of steps and very technical
Thank you for sharing your recipe I love to make bread I’m going to try this recipe
What is total amount of flour?
Your bread is lovely! I’ve just “liked” and subscribed.
Note: the dough will continue to rise when it's in the oven
For proofing you can place the bowl on the top shelf closer to the ceiling. The heat from the sun on the roof will aid the dough to rise
Apart from oil you can also sprinkle flour in the bowl to prevent the dough from sticking. Simple
What about for those that don't have electric mixers? I have a mixer but I prefer to mix by hand first with a wooden spatula before kneading the dough by hand
Why do you first use the flat mixing device instead of only the dough hook ?
Yur a great teacher
Can you freeze this bread if you wanted to store some?
