I think of this every time someone says to use thighs for meal prep. Thighs are awful warmed up.
Ohhh you gotta rest it covered!
Nah, too much trouble. I'll just eat it cold.
Thanks for your information on that👍🏼
Reheating chicken creates more dishes than cooking it in the first place. Got it 😂😂😂
I put mine in the microwave and spray it with water! No fuzz and quick!❤
That's a nice tip, though personally I kinda like the flavor? Or don't mind it as much, I suppose. The microwave obviously ends up being more efficient in most cases
Lan Lam is a national treasure
I wish there was a way that didn't take as much effort as just cooking more chicken 😂
I need to try that. Microwaved leftover chicken tastes like bad fish.
Definitely creates the best outcome, but I'll stick to the microwave and not have to clean four different things for leftover chicken
Lan is always teaching me 😍.. Adding "warmed over flavor" to my memory banks- I typically reheat then wait for it to cool down a bit 😂😂
Damp paper towel + 2 minutes in the microwave. Achieves the same thing.
Okay, Microwave! 😅
Idk what weird taste yall talking about, but im not making a pile of dishes just to reheat leftovers 🤦
Gasped at that misread thumbnail subtitle
Simply put it in the oven covered, will be fine.
You all are the best 🎉!
Most of you people don't know how to cook chicken 😂
Lan is so priceless.
I've had great results reheating fried chicken, fries, and ribs in my air fryer, and I barely know what I'm doing with that thang.
So steaming chicken best way reheat?
Ooh so excited to try this reheating technique.
Ohh that weird flavor really gets me. I can eat dry leftover chicken jerky but if it has that flavor I’m out. I’m glad I know the temp now and hot sauce.
How do we send questions to Chef Lan?
