I don’t re heat my pizza. Something about cold leftover pizza just makes it so much better.

After experimenting, the best & quickest way to reheat pizza is about 30-45 seconds in the microwave while you heat a skillet on high to crisp the bottom, then lightly torch the top. Tastes like fresh made in under 2 minutes.

Reheating and repurposing leftovers are so good in so many ways, not just physically in eating healthy and nutritional food, saving money, etc., but also psychologically and emotionally, such as appreciating food value, eating with household members together, etc..

Air fryer is king of reheating pizza, fried foods, roasted meat or veggies.
I use to re-heat leftover pizza the way Jack shows but now I use my air fryer—works great for reheating so many things.

I prefer to toss my cold pizza in the airfryer for 1-2 minutes + including warm-up period to 375° and it makes it nice and crispy.

If you flip your pizza upside down on its plate (a crime, I know), it reheats with an even distribution of the moisture so you get your gooey cheese, and your crust isn't rubbery.
When you use a microwave, it doesn't have to be at 100% power. Lower power heats leftovers more gently.
When I have left over butter chicken, I just reheat it in the microwave. I make a big batch of it on Sundays then I have lunches through out the week.
