I use avocado oil
We love doing hibachi at our camp, fried rice, steak chicken….the works!
You have to prep it like that every time everytime you cook?
You’re gonna have a sticky grill. Use a lot less oil to season
Most excited for hibachi night, breakfast and hamburgers 😊 yummy. Using bacon grease to season.
Bacon grease…use bacon grease
You need to use soap and water first….. just to wash it…. then you heat it up till it's dry. Then you use the oem oil for it… read the instructions!!!
I just got one of the 36 inch. I have a smaller portable one as well. I'm excited to use the big one.
Canola oil polymerizes well. We're essentially turning oil into plastic. Not all oil is good for this process, such as coconut oil.
Will it feel sticky at first
I’m most exited to cook steak
You burned your deck rail
Good video dude!!
Need to torch the corners where iys not getting hot enough to burn in.
I don't understand. My Blackstone came with a giant sticker on the griddle that lefts a swirling pattern all over it. I had to sand it down to get it off. This guy's griddle top is immaculate. Wtf
Awesome. Informative and to the point!
I have seen a lot of people, FIRST TIME AND FIRST TIME ONLY, start with a hot soapy wash of the griddle. Lot of sticky crap on there when new.
Two things I’m jacked about when I get this up and running
Smashburgers and Hibachi night
👍👍🔥
Definitely excited to cook eggs bacon and pancakes!
I enjoy coconut oil very much. I’d suggest leveling the grill. Small shims under the wheels or cut and re drill the legs.
Love using coconut oil! So healthy.
