Season a grill with olive oil? Anybody who suggests that clearly isn't a chef. Low burning boil with big flavour, very unsuitable.
I dont see any beef fat. You can't render the fat out of that cut with that high temperature.. Omg..
I only use beef fat too. Scrape the rust off and go with it lol.
It took me a long time to find someone who uses their brain while cooking. Sometimes I buy big cuts of meat from farmer and trim the fat and use it as oil too. Happy cooking.
Olive oil is NOT a high temp oil. Beef fat / tallow is and is far more superior!
