  1. Glad to see you getting griddle care in there. I have 3 Blackstone's now, bc of the Blackstone chefs and cooks, the last, a Camp series for off road and remote farm griddlin. It also does not need seasoning. So, you have cooked everything on the griddle, pass me the EMU recipe?

  3. Nice looking griddle. I purchased my 1st black stone a few months ago and used this exact method to season it. I have the Omnivore 36” 4 burner and been using it 2-3 times a week and love it. The one and only thing I don’t like about it is the grease trap in the back. Not big enough and a little flimsy . That is my one and only complaint but other than that, we love it.
