Thank you for watching my how to smoke a brisket on a Weber Kettle video. On this video, I smoked a Texas style brisket on my 1962 Weber Kettle. This brisket came out absolutely amazing and the recipe is very easy to follow. I rested this weber smoked brisket for several hours before I sliced it and the results were crazy good.
Thanks for watching

For Easter I just smoked my first brisket using a weber as well for 13 hours. came out wonderful. Shared it with family at a pot luck it was gone within 35 minutes. I'm still un shock!😮
That is one cool kettle. The brisket looks great!
A gun to light ur grill, definitely american.
You cooked it another twelve hours at 150 ?
After seasoning the meat , you put it back in the fridge or room temperature?
You killed it I’m gonna try this method thank you
How to make the homemade pickled red onions?
Which song is playing whilst trimming?

Joe, the best-looking brisket I've seen so far.
Just a point , it wiukd be better ti get a third party ti taste test yiur fiid as you are gardly likely ti cook something and then say it does not taste giid. Just a suggestion
Great video..I notice when you wrap in Butcher paper at the end when u fold that extra paper underneath it's like 6 layers of paper …does that not effect the cook ??
Nice cooking nice Puerto Rico flag
I only have a Jumbo Joe 18". Will smoking brisket in that still be the same thing? The process that is. I understand I'd have to use a smaller portion so that the brisket is is not over the coals. Also, you said you rested the brisket in your smoker, but I don't have a smoker… Where would I rest my brisket in this case? Does it have to be a warm resting place or heated resting place?
Is there really any reason to put it back on the grill after you wrap it, instead of just finishing it in the oven?
Great video man going to try my first brisket after seen this video 🫶🤝👌
I love my Treager Ironwood XL, but I recently bought the weber Kettle premium, and I forgot how enjoyable it is to cook with briquettes charcoal/lump charcoal. I smoked St. Louis style ribs on it, and it was by far my best rib cook. I just bought a brisket at my local HEB, and this video convinced me to use my Weber Kettle. I need to learn how to trim it though, lol. Great Video, Sir!! Definitely gave me confidence to try it
That bark man, im making that sando. That looked awesome.
It's great to see you resurrect the old BBQ. How much do you relay on the thermometer of the BBQ for an accurate temperature? I was totally interested until you introduced the smoker and then you lost me. I watched this mainly for the BBQ part.
What temperature is it resting in your smoker for the 12 hours after the counter rest?
Do you add more wood or charcoal while it cooks?
Did you use a water pan???
Were the grates at the bottom wide open the whole time???
