Great commentary and process. En joyable
Easy, peasy.
A great tutorial. Thanks.
Yep. Another recipe I have to try in my quest to make the tenderest beef strips known to man. Also, the banging sounds from next door are not due to renovation work: it's the neighbours wild with hunger due to your kitchen window being open…banging their heads on the wall and thumping their fists on tables. Any future renovations will be due to them currently tearing the place apart themselves 😀
Hi chef, i really like your recipe and want to give it a try.. may i know if there`s any other choices of sauces other than xioxing wine since i am muslim ..thanks for advance.

Not same recipe but deep frying must be a key step 🙏

The ingredientd used is almost the same as the Korean Bulgogi.but the process of cooking is different.Anyways.Thanks Chef, ill do it with Pork, much cheaper that way.Cheers!
I made this tonight and it was quite good, despite that I made several small mistakes. I plan on making it a few more times in the near future, to get it perfect and to add it to my regular "repertoire." Thank you for another easy, tasty and well-explained recipe!
