  1. Broccoli is the best vegetable, it's just most people don't know how to cook it. I'd hate it too if it was boiled with only salt, that should be a crime. My favorite way is to fry it hot from raw in butter with salt, pepper, and parmesan.

  2. I love Sohla, she’s such a talented and knowledgeable chef that I still learned so much from this video even though I hate broccoli and will never like it…so glad she’s no longer doing all the heavy lifting for Babbish while he takes all the credit.
