INGREDIENTS
Chicken – 500 gram
turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
red chilli powder – 1.5 teaspoon
salt as required
ginger garlic paste – 2 teaspoon
few curry leaves
black pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon
coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
green chilli – 1
lemon – 1/2
garam masala powder – 1 teaspoon
fennel powder – 1/4 teaspoon
curd – 2 tablespoon
onions – 3 medium
oil – 3 tablespoon
cloves – 2
cardamom – 1
cinnamon stick – 1
coriander leaves

  2. For 1 kg chicken fry recipe

    1 tbsp haldi
    3 tbsp lal mirch powder
    Salt according to taste
    4 tbsp adrak lassan ka paste
    Some curry patta
    1 tbsp kaali mirch
    2 tbsp dhaniya powder
    1 tbsp jeera powder
    2 tbsp garam masala
    2 Kati hui Hari mirch
    1/2 somf ka powder
    4 tbsp dahi
    2 tbsp nimbu ka ras

    Mix all proper then fry 3 med onion

    And crush after frying and then mix in chicken and wait 30min. For.marination

    After this process

    Take a pan and put 3 big size tbsp oil and then add 2 daal chini 2 ilaaichi and 4 lounge after 1 min. Add marinated chicken then fry 4,5 min. On high flame after that fry on low flame for 30min. That's it
