Here’s the detailed recipe
I’m using my @blendjet to make a fresh green paste, You can get yours at
✨1 Onion
✨15 Garlic Cloves
✨1 Inch Ginger
✨3-4 Green Chillies
✨8-10 Soaked Cashew Nuts
✨2 Tbsp Mint Leaves
✨Handful of Coriander Leaves
✨3 Tbsp Curd
Add 1 Tbsp water if needed.
Marinate 750gms Chicken with this green paste with
✨Salt
✨1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
(keep aside for 30 minutes minimum)
Now, In a pot, Add
✨3 Tbsp Oil
✨1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
✨1 Onion Finely Chopped
-cook till golden brown, Then add your marinated chicken along with
✨1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
✨1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
✨1 Tsp Cumin Powder
-Cook till oil separates.
Here’s my special twist –
✨Saute 1 Small Onion Petals,
✨1/2 Cup Green & red bell peppers petals and
✨2 Green Chilly Slits
in 1 Tsp oil
And add to your gravy when gravy is completely cooked.
Just add this and mix, Switch off your flame and it’s ready to serve! ❤️
