Ingredients
Chicken – 1 Kg
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp
Salt to Taste
Red Chili Powder – 1 Tsp
Turmeric – ¼ Tsp
Almonds|Charoli|Cashews Paste – 1 Cup (slightly roasted)
Golden fried onions – 1 Cup
Garam Masala Powder 1 Tsp
Yogurt – 1 Cup
Chopped Coriander – 2 Tbsp
Chopped Mint – 2 Tbsp
Lemon Juice – 1-2 Tbsp
Saffron (optional)
Oil – ¼ Cup
Whole Garam Masala
Shahzeera – 1 Tsp
Cloves – 2
Cardamom – 3
Black Peppercorns – ½ Tsp
Bay Leaves – 2
Cinnamon Sticks – 1-2
Any dough for Dum
Charcoal for smoky flavor
Garnish with Sliced onions, lemon wedges, and mint leaves

I saw another version of Dum ka murgh and It had significant differences from yours, like they used green chilli paste instead of chilli powder, they sautéed the onions and then added the chicken and made a powder of the dry ingredients and added it at last. I'm a bit confused as to which is the authentic version? but I guess you're version looks more flavourful and I'm definitely gonna try this out! Thank-you for sharing tis recipe 😀😀
