  1. You got a little stringy with wood it happens to me too, it's allwas better throw down more just to have something to start plus some embers to continue the fire for the rest of the cooking which is a 2 hour ordeal at least

  2. I was the main welder in the factory, doing the structural welding of all the models, absolutely everything was handmade. Every lunchtime we ate ASADO like a religion. I am currently a welder in Spain and I miss working in Argentina, especially in that place. Vamos Argentina carajo! 👨‍🏭
