Great video. What was the charcoal you were using?
Excellent! I'm going to try this. How important is the smoked ketchup to the final result? I don't really feel like smoking ketchup in the middle of winter if I don't have to. Perhaps a couple drops of liquid smoke mixed into regular ketchup would yield a similar result? That's probably blasphemy but if it tastes good who cares.

I also Love meatloaf, and I make mine on the Yoder. My ingredients are the same as yours with exception instead of wine I use "W" sauce…Comes out fantastic!
