I don’t cook pork chop without beer anymore! This recipe, in the oven, is fantastic!

Ingredients:
cabbage – 500 g
onion – 5 pieces
oil – 50 ml
salt – 5 g
black pepper – 5 g
pork chop – 1 kg
salt – 8 g
black pepper – 4 g
sweet paprika – 8 g
oil – 60 g
beer – 80 ml

for the salad:
mushrooms – 400 g
oil – 20 ml
salt – 5 g
mustard seeds – 10 g
lemon juice – 10 ml
onion – 1 piece
dill – 10 g
parsley – 10 g
garlic – 3 cloves
boiled water – 80 ml
TO MARINATE 1H, in the fridge
IN THE OVEN 180° C/45 min
