beer – 80 ml
for the salad:
mushrooms – 400 g
oil – 20 ml
salt – 5 g
mustard seeds – 10 g
lemon juice – 10 ml
onion – 1 piece
dill – 10 g
parsley – 10 g
garlic – 3 cloves
boiled water – 80 ml
TO MARINATE 1H, in the fridge
