I don’t fry pork belly anymore! This oven recipe is fantastic!

sweet paprika: 5 g (0.2 oz)

salt: 3 g (0.1 oz)
black pepper: 2 g (0.1 oz)

mozzarella: 30 g (1.1 oz)
ketchup: 20 g (0.7 oz)
mustard: 20 g (0.7 oz)
honey: 20 g (0.7 oz)
soy sauce: 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
