Today im going to share with you how to make a super easy and delicious green chicken enchilada pasta now let me tell you this has to be my favorite Disneyland food! PRO TIP!!!!
If you want it to be creamier add cream cheese and crema mexicana ☺️
The oil helps to make the salsa creamy already but feel free to add them both to make it creamier

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast
12-15 tomatillos
Chile serranos or jalapeños
1/2 onion
4 garlic cloves
Handful of cilantro
Chicken bouillon I used 1 tbsp
Salt I used 2 tsp
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 lb rigatoni pasta
7 oz Roasted corn kernels
Melting cheese
1 serving of love 💕

  2. Hi Claudia! Just want to say I’m a huge fan of your cooking. Absolutely love your personality and your recipes! I have a question? I made this recipe tonight and it came out a little sour. Can you tell me what I may have done wrong. Still totally edible but I can use a pointer in perfecting it. I thinking may have used to much cilantro. Also I used the 12 tomatillos and two jalapeños without the seeds. The food wasn’t spicy. I love to get this right! Help! ❤😂
