Bro wanted to remove every trace of the SOUL from the CHICKEN.
After the 147th step, I went to a restaurant for dinner. Honestly, though, this does look good.

Bacon looks gross and gummy. Should have partially cooked the bacon to get some of the fat out and had it be slightly crispy. You can just marinate it the baking soda. (Sodium bicarbonate)
