2 lbs cod fish
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup of cold water (add more if needed)
1 large egg
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp yellow mustard
2 1/2 sleeves saltine crackers
cooking oil for frying
