I make it in my slow cooker overnight for 12 long hours and that is the best way for melty meat

Bbq is added when done cooking or like ib the beginning to fire glaze that sugar. Long term it turns to water

Recipie…..Ingredients
Pork Seasoning
1/4 cup Brown sugar
1/2 tbsp Cumin
1 tbsp Onion powder
1 tbsp tGarlic powder
1/2 tbsp Dry Mustard
1 tbsp Paprika
Instructions
Place pot on seer
Once hot add 1 tbsp olive oil
Sear all sides of the pork
Set pork aside
Add beef broth
Use wooden spoon to deglaze
Add 1 1/2 cups of BBQ sauce
Add pork back into pot
Pressure cook on high for 40 minutes
let pressure release unit's own
Next remove pork and shred pork
Place shredded pork back in the pot with juices
I dont own a instant pot coyld it be done in a crock pot ?
