This is great I’m just getting into seafood, in the north east UK it’s mainly cod and haddock so I’m very interested in other fish ❤

Im a huge fan of tuna. I like to say id pluck one straight out of the water and eat it raw. that tuna looks divine 😍
Nice when it’s Easy!
I'm terrible at searing. 😂 I use a old school stove and the temp is never right
Octopus my friend you need to try octopus
Looks incredible 💯 I was scared of those seeds burning 🤢. You did it justice.
Get that blood life out of there
Looks like the bloodline I promise you if you got the belly meat it would be way betterrr
Better than any cut of beef, and I really like beef, but bluefin steaks……😯😲🤯
My fellow Chesapeake brethren, please buy a cutting board. Using your knife on a nonstick sheet pan is killing us.
This is amazing, drizzle with sesame oil.
It's raw- Kamala Harris Supporters
How do you pick the tuna to eat this way?
It's still swimming. 😅
it's blue meat tuna… so raw
Looks like all bloodline.🤢
Looks like a fiestaware plate
What cutting board is that?
You left the blood line on 🤢
Mixed wasabi with black Sesame and regular Sesame and then roll the tuna also mix in black pepper
Are you literally Mark Rober's twin? You look exactly like him.
I buy tuna steaks at Costco and sear the outside just like yours slice it thin as serve it on a sushi 🍣 rice ball with rice vinegar and soy and wasabi! Ok now I have to run over to Costco! I’m drooling 🤤
Everything you make looks great
Let it cool wrap in plastic plastic wrap. Looks fire
NAW COOK THAT SHIT THREW LOL
Phew. That looks rough. That reds messing with me

What if you crush wasabi peas and use it in combination with the sesame seeds?
My man speed-running to mercury poisoning.

Thought that was liver for a sec lol
That’s some nasty bluefin tuna you eating lmao
Love your channel bro. Keep on going strong 🎉
that color is stunning
Sesame seeds after you sear it
Never had bluefin but it looks delicious!
Some reason I can eat blue steak, tar tar, and raw tenderloin, but I can't eat raw fish.
Is that the bloodline?
I'm assuming you caught the tuna
A good blue fin tuna makes the best sushi, I like sushi made with fresh salmon as well, but nothing compares to blue fin, not even murasaki urchin, or tile fish and beluga caviar. Which caviar isn't that great as far as I'm concerned, it's just a salty fishy taste to me.
