Pan Fried PORKCHOP
700-750grams porkchop(8pcs)

Brine water:
3 cups water
ground black water
1 tbsp salt

Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp cooking oil
ground black pepper
1 pc calamansi
