Coop has always killed it. His brother always helping me w new cap drops (a must in Texas if your country). His pellet grill/smoker is my favorite series, since this relates to me w a big family, activities (sports), and minimal prep time. Slaps everytime. Coop is giving me his backyard offset or direct grill when hes done. Jk just wishing lol. Love me some Bar A BBQ

Cooper, the only problem with your method is the guys in the drive through line and the families with their kids have been waiting in line for your food all day!😂 Interesting, both McDonald’s and Burger King used to fry their fries in beef tallow, but were forced to change do to health concerns. Although, now, President Trump and RFK jr want them to switch back to beef tallow for better health! Keep up the great work!👍

Stopped by on 10/30 from NE Mississippi to enjoy and support your business. Really appreciate your efforts on YT and the content you produce. My wife and I order the sampler platter as well as all the sides plus the cornbread, pudding and CC cookies. The staff was incredible and we felt the stop was well worth our detour. My "Mississippi Boy" critique would say, do away the cucumber salad and go with a jalapeño infused cole slaw! 😋 Love your honesty and speaking as a grandparent, you keep doing what your doing and God will definitely bless!
Definitely science. Salt first causes it to pull out moisture too soon and the pepper sticks in clumps. Pepper first always, then the salt falls into the interstitial gaps the pepper leaves, since the pepper is coarse. 🎉
