Products Mentioned In This Video:
Chicken Tikka Recipe:
Boneless Chicken 1kg
For First Marinade:
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
lemon juice
salt to taste

Marinate 1kg boneless chicken for 30 minutes.

For 2nd marinade:
Butter/oil/1/2 tsp
Ajwain seeds 1/2 tsp
Gram flour 1/4 cup

soak saffron strands in warm milk keep aside.

Garlic paste 1tsp
Ginger paste 1tsp
thick yogurt 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Tandoori chicken masala 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Mustard oil 2tsp
bake chicken in pre heated oven at 205 degree C for 10-15 mins & again cook accordingly if uncooked.

White Chicken Recipe:
1kg chicken
6-7 cloves
9-10 black pepper seeds
2 tsp coriander seeds
1.5tsp cumin seeds
1 cup curd
1/2 cup full cream
Ginger garlic paste 1 table spoon each
Roast all these together & grind.
Roasted 1 cup Cashew, almond, walnuts
6 onions n slice them n cut into pieces and den cook till golden brown color.
1small lemon juice.
salt to taste
red chilli powder(if u want)
and let it marinate for 1-2 hrs and cook on low flame for 30 mins or more if needed.
