Recipe-
Ingredients:
-1 Cut up frozen banana
-1 Cup frozen fruit of choice ( I used Raspberry’s & Blueberry’s)
-Baby spinach (amount is up to you, I use about a handful)
-1 Tablespoon of flaxseed or chia seeds
-Fill with water halfway for thick and 3/4 of the way for thinner
I used a ninja to blend but you could use whatever you have..I used the Auto IQ blend button so it blends it based on the weight..about 40 seconds or less.
