  2. I tried grilling ribs last weekend and it went horrible. After watching this video I come to the conclusion it went horribly for a few reasons: 1- I cooked it directly over heat and it got wayyyy burnt. 2- I moved the ribs too much and flipped them too much. I have never grilled ribs that haven’t been cooked before that was my first time. But lately been trying to learn how to grill other things other than just hot dogs and burgers. We bought some Smithfield’s St. Louis style pork ribs and I put sauce on them and rub myself. Also I bought the cheapest charcoal grill and it didn’t have a thermometer.
    Saving up for a pellet grill now.

    Been YouTubing lots of different foods so I can learn how to grill!
