Infused Chicken Biryani :
Ingredients:-
For infused Process:
1¼kg Whole chicken with skin,
50ml Ghee,
30ml Oil,
1 tsp Kashmiri Chilly powder,
½ tsp Pepper powder,
½ tsp Cumin powder,
1 tsp Biryani Masala,
¼ tsp Salt,
Mix over medium heat.

Biryani Making Process:-
150 ml Mr Gold Refined Groundnut oil,
80 ml Ghee,
1 inch Cinnamon,
6 Cardamom,
7 cloves,
2 Star Anise,
200g Onion chopped,
200g Tomato sliced,
2 tsp Red Chilly powder,
10 Green Chillies,
100g Ginger garlic paste,
1 Hand full Coriander leaves,
1 Hand full Mint leaves,
150ml Curd,
250ml Hot water,
Soaked Whole chicken,
Cover and cook for 15 mins on medium flame,
1 kg Basmati Rice (80%Boiled),
Let it Dum for 20 minutes.
