Looks like a blast!
I was wondering how brisket, pork butt, and ribs would taste like on an off set smoker with just using charcoal.
The stone cold beer smash was awesome
Where's the smoked s'mores video
Plans for '26?
Matt, meat church disciple here do you like king of the hill I need to know now btw I love brisket
One day would you have a smoke video smoking with a subscriber my man cause ill be all for it.
Drinks must’ve been flowing that day
Great video Matt! Man oh man, I am drooling just like my pup waiting for supper. I want it all and I ain’t mad at it, just hangry.
Thanks for sharing!!!
WOW that event looked epic. It’s on my bucket list. That whole pig looked awesome.
I've never been to anything like this looks fun probably get full walking around trying the one bitters
Matt wasn’t mad at ANYTHING! Looks like an amazing time! Hopefully I can get to one.
Whoooooooop!
Great looking time
Love your stuff Matt keep it happening
Matt, glad to see you cooking and eating Eastern NC Whole Hog Pulled Pork at a Texas barbeque festival. That takes good taste and guts. It is hard to beat and one my favorite foods to pull (pun intended) from the smoker. Keep up the good work.
Met Steven last week on my 6-day Texas Top 50 tour. He’s a great dude and his wife makes a killer spiced banana pudding (Kristen). Highly recommend people check out Rossler’s Blue Cord BBQ!
Once again Matt steps up his game. Is there anything you can't do Matt. Thank you for the amazing videos and fantastic product. Your Rock Meat Church!!
Did y'all see that waterfall when he was cutting into the hog?! My God Matt! Keep it up
I’m glad I could make a cameo in this one 😂 Nothing like catching me stuffing my face. Had a great time! 2 months later and I’m still full.
I love these types of videos over the summer. Love, love, love
Wow! – Great event Matt! – Thanks – Cheers!

OMG I have become a Meat Church fanboy… the Ox tail I have not done yet, will have to give it a try.
That teres major dish from Jordan looked awesome! Actually they all did.
Very nice. I'm a regular watcher and I get where you're from and who your people are. It's all good. It would be cool to do a major post featuring a primarily Black crowd and setting, though. You might be missing this on your channel. Mix it up and I bet you'd gain more subs from across the tracks. My recommendation is Q BBQ Fest at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City!
What? Pastrami lengua sounds so good.
Looked like a tremendous time. Carolina BBQ sauce and a jalapeno bud has to be awesome. Be well. Go Dawgs.
You got some good sun there! I wish I could try every one of those bites…everything looked amazing!
I will tell you as a Texan, Jordan Jackson needs his own place. That boy is special. I ate at Stanley's and Bodacious during his tenure and it was on another planet every weekly visit.
You seen some sun today fella
Speedos? Quit lying…maybe it was a banana hammock.
Always a blast at Troubadour. I’m ready for Celina!
I definately will be making the trip to that event, thanks as always.
