800g (2lb) stewing beef (cubed)
1 large onion
1 leek
4 large carrots
2 sticks of celery
3 bay leaves
1 sprig of rosemary
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
300ML veg stock
100 ml red wine
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 cup of frozen peas
Cooking time: 25 minutes high pressure plus slow release.
