Looks good , if you take requests mine is for roasted red pepper soup
I cook my sauce for 15 minutes, natural release for 10, open and add Italian sausage links, close the pot and pressure cook for 7 minutes and allow to naturally release.

Your mom's sauce is basically my sauce. Lol, I just add rosemary and celery seed as well but other then that the same. I even guessed correctly with the 25 minute cooking time its what I found to work best. I also add fresh basil before serving.
