BUY THE BOOK:
Are precut steak tips worth buying? Why make divots in burgers? What’s the best supermarket barbecue sauce? How do you make great street corn at home? Are all grill tongs created equal? America’s Test Kitchen fires up the grill to answer these questions and many more in the inventive new book Master of the Grill. Watch the Test Kitchen’s Julia Collin Davison introduce our newest cookbook.
RECIPES & TIPS FROM THE BOOK:
Part field guide to grilling and barbecuing and part cookbook, Master of the Grill features a wide variety of foolproof recipes along with the best tools to use, food science, clever grill hacks, and shopping tips mixed in—everything you need to know to grill successfully. With more than 400 recipes, we include just about anything you’d ever want to grill—from the juiciest burgers to sweet and tangy barbecued chicken to tender grill-smoked pork ribs. We also feature dishes you’ve always wanted to try on the grill but didn’t know where to start, like fruits and vegetables, whole fish, pizza, and even tofu. This is our best collection of classic, contemporary, and regional grilling recipes.
America’s Test Kitchen is a real 2,500 square foot test kitchen located just outside of Boston that is home to more than three dozen full-time cooks and product testers. Our mission is simple: to develop the absolute best recipes for all of your favorite foods. To do this, we test each recipe 30, 40, sometimes as many as 70 times, until we arrive at the combination of ingredients, technique, temperature, cooking time, and equipment that yields the best, most-foolproof recipe.
Each week, the cast of America’s Test Kitchen brings the recipes, testings, and tastings from Cook’s Illustrated magazine to life on our public television series. With more than 2 million viewers per episode, we are the most-watched cooking show on public television.
More than 1.3 million home cooks rely on Cook’s Illustrated and Cook’s Country magazines to provide trusted recipes that work, honest ratings of equipment and supermarket ingredients, and kitchen tips.

is it available in malaysia?
I really like your stuff. BUT for a person with diabetes who is 70, using SALT in everything you cook is NOT doing me or anybody else a service. How about some recipes that use herbs and spices instead of salt and sugar in your recipes.
I'll find the pdf on Google, 🙂
So when can I expect my free copy to arrive?
dude. the whole cast got a "makeover" but old man kimball gets the boot. come on.
I don't get it – why is the Kindle version $10 or more expensive than the paperback book? I mean electrons – who really knows how much an electron costs. I think you need to revise the price on the digital copy of the book.
Great new 'do'
Looking good!
Time to unsub from this commercial channel, bye test kitchen
Why is the Kindle version WAY more expensive?
What's next, a 3am infomercial?
Sounds good to me. Time to Grill!!!
You guys should have all this information in a DVD. Would be much more marketable imo. Most people are tuned into video as their medium of consuming information more than books now.
