If you flip more than once you are doing it wrong and definitely don't have enough bacon on the pan. More bacon means more fat means more grease to fry the bacon in. Perfection 😊
Stop giving chef advice. Youre boiling bacon in fat at this point. Yes you can get crispy bacon that way, if you want to watch it stew for 25 minutes. This has got to be a joke.
That's some premium ass bacon.
The wang-jangle method 😂
nah man. On sheet trays in the oven at 410 degrees for 20ish minutes. My method is undefeated.
In your defense, I will say you have to clean the oven more often if you cook bacon often.
Me and my fiance usually have breakfast on the weekends. I cook an entire pound of bacon all at once in the same pan. Comes out great every time
More people need to see this, I'm so tired of getting dirty looks cause this is how I make bacon.
I get out my deep cast iron pan and cook twice as much bacon and stir it. The whole pack cooks in one shot. Thinner pieces might break a litte but it deep frys them. So good!
Edited to add. It barely splatters when you cook it this way. No oil spatter circle on your stove at all.
Chef dad? More like chef daddy
I think bacon on a rack in the oven is simpler, easier, the bacon is more consistent and there is no greasy mess on the stove.

Thank you
I love people who are smarter than me really do I ever feel like the dumbest person in the room but that's exactly how I'm feeling right now
Perfectly cooked
I just wish I could afford that nice of bacon. I got 4 kids to feed!
So I will say, at this point you’re basically deep frying bacon in bacon grease lol, like intrinsically that’s why this works, the grease fills the pan which cooks the bacon at the very top while also separating the layers of bacon from each other
I lay them out in a pile like this at first. I then flip it once as soon as i get the whole packet separated and on the pan, let it cook for a while after flipping and then just start scrambling.
Trash.. you can't crowd the pan and ever get crispy any thing. Chefs know that
How not to cook bacon😂
It should all be sold as pork belly.
That’s exactly the way I cook my bacon. Quick question how do you like the Smithey cast iron?
