I saw this viral CrackBurger a few times and had to see if it’s really that good!

I mean it’s no secret the thing has flavor, but is it better than a regular smashburger??

Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef 80/20
• 3 tbsp sour cream
• 2 tbsp @hidden.valley seasoning
• 1/4 cup of cooked chopped bacon
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• @nadcofficial OG Steak seasoning
• havarti Cheese
• toasted potato buns @saraleebread
• my new burger sauce – video posted!

1. Start by preheating the griddle to hi heat, I’m using my @recteq_official SmokeStone for this! Then grab a large bowl and combine the beef, sour cream, ranch seasoning, bacon, and cheese… then mix well by hand.

2. Once everything is spread evenly throughout, form the mixture into 5 oz balls and set aside. You should have 5-6 total.

3. Lightly grease the griddle top with a high heat oil, then place each ball down and press firmly into the cooktop! Season with a salt and pepper blend and after about 90 seconds you can carefully scrap the burger free and flip them over. Top with cheese and let that steam and melt.

4. Remove the burgers, toast your buns, and put the burger together!
