In this episode, K-Town host Matthew Kang joins one of his best dining friends Frank Lee for a rundown of three dishes at Park’s: the raw yukhoe that comes gently marinated with soy and sesame; otherworldly American-style wagyu beef, and the house specialty of marinated prime beef short rib galbi.

Hey bro ! If you want to try out one of the best Korean BBQ, I’d refer and strongly recommend you to 7’th Street Korean BBQ, on the corner of Vermont, and 7’th Street. Please give it a try then you’ll know that we’re in the same page & same boat.
American hanwoo beef style (korean famous beef ) the best in the world !!!
There's no such thing as American wagyu beef
This is a great Korean bbq place highly recommended. The meat is delicious!
*Anthony Bourdain "came" here all the time.
RIPOh my! i dont know if i can eat raw beef.

OMG you overcooking wagyu
Kang Ho Dong Baekjeong > Parks
nope, overrated and overpriced. been there multiple time it was always meh
Been this place before, it is not that tasty as expected.
I can't imagine myself eating raw meat!! yuk!!
You guys look like twins. The similar haircuts, glasses, shape of the faces, and the unquenchable passion for Korean BBQ. Wow, this is paradise !
RIP Anthony Bourdain

nah forget it guys, this place is overpriced, overpromised and under delivered. I've been eating here for 3-4 times and you can get to other places in koreatown LA for half the price and equal amount of taste.
If u look closely the cow is still moving "fresh from market"..
honestly, it was good, (not as great as these 2 are demonstrating) but its so expensive now, im not sure its worth it
"we should try the meat by itself"
Dips it into a few things
that meat on the bone is literally the best part! I always eat that part!
IMO the texture of a beef tartare suffers a lot if there is no sauce of any kind involved, and also it needs complimentary flavours compared to cooked beef, since there is no maillard reaction or other complimentary flavours inherent to the dish.
those well done wagyu is sooooo unprofessional
