It’s a full on bikini backyard BBQ and the smoker was working overtime for this one! I made a juicy brisket, smoky beef ribs, buttery corn on the cob, and homemade cornbread to celebrate the 4th of July! Then I did a spicy hot sauce taste test with TRUFF to really heat things up 👀

Just FYI every 2 hours I sprayed my meat with apple cider vinegar & water mix to help keep moist! It took 12 hours to make!

Yes, it started raining, yes I taste tested everything in my kitchen, and YES I lit a sparkler in the wind because it’s me 😂💥
