ねぎを丸ごと1本使うレシピ！白い部分は豚肉で巻いて焼き上げ、青い部分はたれにします♪おつまみにおすすめの一品です。 ▶︎チャンネル登録はこちら ▶︎詳しくは”無料の公式アプリ”から検索！ ■材料 (ねぎ1本分) ・豚バラ薄切り肉 150g ・長ねぎ 1本(165g) ・酒 大さじ1 ・サラダ油 小さじ1 ☆たれ ・砂糖 小さじ1 ・酢 大さじ1 ・しょうゆ 大さじ1 ・豆板醤 小さじ1/2 ・ごま油 大さじ1 ■手順 (1)ボウルに☆を入れて混ぜる(たれ)。 (2)ねぎは青い部分を切り分け、みじん切りにする。白い部分は斜めに浅く切り込みを入れ、上下を返して同様にする。 (3)白い部分にたれを薄くぬる。残ったたれと青い部分は混ぜる(ピリ辛ねぎだれ)。 (4)白い部分に端から豚肉を巻きつけ、長さを半分に切る。軽く握って肉を密着させる(肉巻き)。 (5)フライパンにサラダ油を入れて中火で熱し、肉巻きを入れて1分ほど焼く。転がしながら全体に焼き色がつくまで焼く。弱火にし、余分な脂をふきとる。酒を加えてふたをし、肉に火が通り、ねぎがやわらかくなるまで4〜5分ほど蒸し焼きにする。(肉巻きを箸などで押し、端からねぎの水分が出るくらいがねぎが甘くなっておいしい状態です。) (6)器に盛り、ピリ辛ねぎだれをかける。(お好みの大きさに切り、やけどに注意してお召し上がりください。) ▶︎au5GチャンネルでもDELISH KITCHENの簡単レシピを配信中！ ※料理を楽しむにあたり、気をつけていただきたいこと ———————————- お問い合わせはこちら ———————————- source
