I’ve cooked 1.5 kilos of pork belly using my father-in-law’s recipe! Amazing!

Ingredients:
pork belly – 1.5 kg (3.31 lb)
garlic – 4 cloves
mustard – 30 g (1 oz)
salt – 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper – 8 g (0.29 oz)

for the filling:
mushrooms – 200 g (7 oz)
onion – 100 g (3.5 oz)
oil – 50 ml (⅕ cup)
salt – 8 g (0.29 oz)
black pepper – 5 g (0.18 oz)
pressed cheese – 100 g (3.5 oz)
soy sauce – 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)

for the sauce:
onion – 1 piece
butter – 20 g (0.7 oz)
apples – 1 piece
salt – 5 g (0.18 oz)
garlic powder – 5 g (0.18 oz)
flour – 10 g (0.35 oz)
sweet cooking cream – 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
