Parmesan değil yalnız o. İsmi üzerinde grana padano. O iki peyniri karıştırmayın lütfen!!!! Tabi ki grana padano daha ucuz bir peynirdir. Bilgilenin lütfen
Kullandığı peynir grana padanodur, parmesan ile benzer bir peynir olmasına rağmen parmigiano reggiano daha sıkı bir lisanslama sürecine sahiptir. Bu sebeple grana padano, parmigianoya göre çok daha ucuzdur. Lütfen insanları yanlış bilgilendirmeyelim, söylediklerim sadece bu abla için değil diğer bütün "parmesan" tekerinde makarna yaptığını iddia eden restoranlar için geçerli. Lezzet ile alakalı bir yorum yapamam birbirlerine çok benzer tatlardadırlar ancak insanların ne yediğini doğru bilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
Bu peynirin çok tuzlu olduğu söyleniyor malum bizim bunyeler çok tuzlu ve hakiki peynire de alışık değiliz ki 😅
