Yum! I LOVE jackfruit. One of my favorites because of the aroma, flavor, and texture. We have to wait a few months for it to be in season here. Our family enjoys sitting around a 30-40 lb jackfruit and taking it apart while we munch on it. It's a mess, but so worth it. 🙂 BTW, it would be nice for you to show us how to pick a perfectly ripe jackfruit. Sometimes it is difficult to choose a perfect one and since they are so huge and expensive, it would be nice to get a perfect one.
