I’ve made plenty of smash burgers across my channel but always wanted to make this one! I did my best on trying to recreate ALF’S Kitchen, Jalapeno Popper Smash Burger from the Open Fire Meat Up! With homemade raspberry bacon jam, smoked whipped cream and all on a homemade bun! You can tweak this one and make it as easy or as difficult as you’d like! Definitely recommended giving this one a try!

Raspberry Bacon Jam:
3 Packs Bacon
2 White Onions
Shot Of Coffee
5 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Cups Fresh Raspberries
Salt And Pepper

Burger Buns:
185G Milk
10G Yeast
460G Flour
14G Dough Conditioner
50G Sugar
8G Salt
1 Egg Yolk
2 Whole Eggs
42G Butter

  1. bro can you just use a already made bun for once? I feel like a ton of us are not going to make our own buns so we'd appreciate your input on a good "store bought" bun for these sandwiches. don't get me wrong, home made is best but my cooking utensils do not include a mixer, I don't bake lol

  2. Been looking (not quite) everywhete for the Santa ball cap. A little help would be great.

    P. S. I wish our meat in Mobile Co. Alabama was the same price, or even close to what y'all's is! I mean, I can get briskets and make my ground meat, but even that is $6-7 a pound! Sheesh!

Love what y'all do and keep on keepin' on.
