– Jamon ahumado de 2 a 3 kilos (pierna de cerdo ahumada de 4 a 6 libras)
– 5 chiles guajillos
– 1 taza de jugo natural de naranja
– 1/2 taza de piloncillo rallado
– 1 canela entera chica
– 2 clavos de olor
– 1 cda de vinagre de manzana
– sal y pimienta negra al gusto
– 1 cdita de mostaza
– 1 diente de ajo
– 2 cdas de mantequilla sin sal
– clavos de olor extra si lo necesitas
*Horno a 350 f (180 c)
