3 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 300ml water, 4tbsp umami sauce This is very delicious typical Japanese foodβ€οΈplease try! If you don't have umami sauce, go check out an old video of us making Nikuhaga! I'm tagging it to this vid!
Moe is the only creator I've seen explaining the recipe and showing how to make it properly and making it seem like something the audience can do. A lot of creators are either showing off or not explaining the recipe or showing something too complicated. I'm a complete slob that mostly lives on frozen supermarket food and I'm confident I could make this π
β€π good ππ morning madam God bless you very sweet and lovely ππΉ your food π₯π₯ for my big ππ loved very very thanks ππ
We serve very very similar food in the south where I amβ¦ this is like a pork roast/stew recipe. I often cook large pieces in a roasting pan or small bits like this in a crock pot (the crock itself is very very similar pottery to the Donabe). We just use different seasonings usually. Here (at least personally) I use a blend of traditional herbs (parsley, paprika, garlic, salt, various peppers, etc). For the stew version itβs delicious to use beef stock or broth and a packet of dry French onion soup. The flavors mix perfectly, itβs inexpensive, and one of the easiest meals ever that is still healthy, hearty, and comforting.
It always makes me smile to see thatβ even though we are a whole world apart (from the southeastern US to Japan)β we still have so many wholesome similarities. Like us moms making very similar comfort foods for our families π€
