Japanese Seafood Pasta (1 serving)
– 50g shrimp
– 50g squid
– 80g dry spaghetti (cook in salted boiling water, reserve some of the pasta water)
– a quarter yellow onion
– 1 clove of garlic
– 1 tbsp butter
– seasoning: 1 tsp dashi powder, 1/2 tsp dried parsley, salt, black pepper, garlic powder to taste
– 25g cherry tomatoes
