Jerk Bacon Recipe
5-10 strips of bacon
Jerk seasoning
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tbs dried parsley
1/2 tbs dried thyme
1 tbs brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Mix to combine
Season bacon with jerk seasoning on both sides cook to desired likeness. Plate and serve Enjoy!
