JERK CHICKEN RASTA PASTA RECIPE| How To Make Pasta |
Ingredients:
*
* 12-15 Colossal shrimp
* 1/2 Ib penne pasta shells
* 1 1/2 Tbsp, olive oil
* 1/2 green bell pepper,sliced
* 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
* 1/2 orange bell pepper, sliced
* 3 Tsp, garlic-minced
* 2 stalks, scallions-chopped
* 4 cups,Heavy cream
* 5 Tsp, walkers-wood or Grace mild or hot Jerk seasoning mix or make your own.
* 1/4 – 1/2 cup, mozzarella cheese (add more for a thicker sauce)
* 1 Tsp, garlic powder
* 1 Tsp, onion powder
* 2 Tsp, paprika powder
* 1 packet, Sazon seasoning (OPT)
* 1 Tsp, old bay seasoning
* Pinch of black pepper and salt to taste if needed

I’m wondering, the premade jerk chicken marinades you find at grocery stores.. pretty much all the brands taste equivalent to each other… but how would I use that for shrimp? Marinade from frozen? From thawed? Don’t marinade at all just add into the pan when cooking? Not sure..
one time I marinaded it in a bag and the flavor was like kind of overwhelming/super strong.
Idk if that’s bc it’s a marinade or what. But chicken and other meat I’ve marinaded in the “jerk chicken marinade” bottle have been super tasty and not too strong or anything bad at all! They were great. So idk what I did wrong..
Did she use old bay seasoning? It says it on the description but not the video. My husband wants me to make this, I want to make sure I'm making it right

Tried it ! It came out so good, got positive reviews. Hack for anyone trying it with chicken… you can use chicken faijta strips and marinate it in the jerk sauce! Saves some time & it still comes out good!
